Returns & Exchanges

At iSleep, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in your dreams. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
